The Bonajuto-Ruta family turned passion for Chocolate into an internationally awarded and well-known business institution listed among the 100 Italian Excellences by Eurispes (The Institute for Political, Social and Economic studies).

Processing method of Chocolate

Our Chocolate directly descends from Aztec Xocoàtl, a culinary treasure brought to Europe by the Spanish in the 16th century, which has preserved its characteristic features as well as its very old processing method. The Bonajuto Chocolate has few ingredients and a centuries-old history.
