Produced in our Dolceria since the early 1900s and traditionally enjoyed during the warmer months, Orzata is an almond syrup to be diluted with water. Today it is available for shipping and easy to prepare: pour 30 ml of Bonajuto Orzata into a glass and add 120 ml of still or sparkling fresh water, according to taste.
