The Bonajuto Sur del Lago Bean to Bar bar is made with cocoa sourced from the western region of Venezuela, between the states of Mérida, Zulia and Trujillo.
Here, from the plains at 40 meters above sea level up to the foothills of the Andes at 900 meters, rare and prized varieties such as Criollo Porcelana, Criollo Merideño and Guasare are cultivated.
In our Fattojo bean to bar micro-laboratory, this cocoa reveals an elegant and complex aromatic profile: intense notes of dried fruit, with almond and hazelnut standing out, blend with hints of raisins and a subtle coffee finish, for a rich and persistent taste.
